Job Responsibilities

• Source Small Ticket Loan Against Property (ST LAP) business from the open market, with a loan ticket size of up to ₹7 lakhs.
• Manage and lead a team of LAP executives to achieve monthly business targets.
• Drive branch-level business growth and ensure achievement of consolidated monthly targets.
• Identify potential customers and suitable geographies for ST LAP business.
• Assess local market conditions to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Oversee branch-level activities to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of business targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Small Ticket LAP segment (up to ₹7 lakhs).
• Prior experience in sourcing LAP loans through open-market channels is mandatory.
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of local markets and customer acquisition.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, self-motivated, and target-focused.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Pay

₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
