Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, Shift basis (Shift A: 6 AM – 2 PM / Shift B: 2 PM – 10 PM)

Qualification

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Food Technology or Mechanical, or any Science Degree

Experience

2–5 Years in Food / FMCG manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Running shift production as per the daily plan in Grinding, Drying, Value Addition and Primary Processing sections

Allocating manpower and managing shift attendance

Controlling yield, wastage and rework, and meeting output targets

Making sure GMP, personal hygiene and 5S are followed on the shop floor

Coordinating with QC on in-process checks and batch release

Coordinating with Maintenance on breakdowns to reduce downtime

Raising material requisitions and ensuring proper stock usage

Maintaining batch records, production logs and the daily production report

Ensuring shop-floor safety and PPE use by all workers

Training and guiding operators and helpers, and handling shift handover

Required Skills

Team handling and people management

Basic knowledge of GMP, food safety and 5S

Production planning and reporting

Good communication in Tamil; basic English

Basic knowledge of MS Excel
