Tender Management: Research and identify relevant tenders from government portals and other sources. Prepare and submit tender documents within stipulated deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and certifications. Monitor tender results and follow up on awarded contracts. 2. Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities within the government sector. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the companys presence and market share. 3. Procurement and Supply Coordination: Oversee the procurement of goods and ensure timely delivery to government clients. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to maintain supply chain efficiency. Address and resolve any supply-related issues. 4. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with government regulations and tender requirements. Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and supplies. Prepare periodic reports on tender performance and business development activities. Preferred candidate profile Experience in team handling and leadership. Knowledge of Government Procurement Systems and tender processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyse tender documents and identify key requirements. Proficiency in MS Excel and tender portals.
