Knowledge of Accurate products and services · Market Knowledge · Computer knowledge · Fundamental technical knowledge about metallurgy · Commercial Acumen · Communication, Planning and co-ordination, Negotiation skill, Presentation skills, Relationship Management Major responsibilities: · Create and update Accurate customer database · Generation of enquiries · Keep a track of market information and all competitor activities particularly new projects, product offerings, promotional schemes, pricing etc. · Follow up on continuous basis with prospects until closure of order · Key account management · Influence tender specifications in favor of Accurate · Analysis of lost order and its reporting · Follow supporting system as prescribed by management · Analyze performance at periodic intervals and take necessary corrective measures · Plan and schedule visits to new prospective customers and current customers · Co-ordinate all activities related to customer satisfaction · Target setting and performance review of subordinates · Participate in various exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars and other promotional activities as guided by management · Follow up for timely recovery of payments
