Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain domestic and international tour packages, maintain regular customer follow-ups, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and coordinate with customers and the operations team. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email. Explain tour packages, itineraries and pricing. Follow up with prospective customers regularly. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth travel arrangements. Maintain customer records and daily sales reports. Achieve assigned sales targets.
