Human Resources Executive

Company: NovaStyles Interiors & Construction Location: Bengaluru Experience: 1–3 Years Timing : 10am to 7pm Days: Monday to Saturday Work Mode: On-Site Languages: English, Hindi and Kannada(Additional languages will be an advantage) About the Role NovaStyles Interiors & Construction is looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and employee benefits. Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication. Address employee queries and support grievance resolution. Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines. Monitor employee performance review schedules and coordinate appraisal processes. Support employee training, development, and induction programmes. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR recruitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Strong coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance. Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently.
