Roles & Responsibilitie: GeM Portal Management Manage GeM seller account and product listings. Handle catalogue creation, bidding and order processing. Manage government book supply orders and documentation. Amazon Seller Central Manage Amazon Seller Central account. Create and optimise book listings. Handle product pricing, inventory, orders and returns. Monitor sales reports and account performance. Flipkart Seller Hub Manage book listings and catalogue updates. Handle orders, inventory, returns and seller queries. Monitor product visibility and sales performance. Book Publishing Operations Coordinate with the publishing and production teams. Manage ISBN, book descriptions, author details and metadata. Ensure accurate book information across marketplaces. Coordinate stock availability and dispatch. Sales & Reporting Track daily, weekly and monthly sales. Prepare marketplace performance reports. Identify opportunities to increase online book sales. Maintain records of orders, revenue and inventory. Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience. Practical knowledge of GeM Portal, Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart. Good understanding of online marketplace operations. Excel and reporting skills. Prior experience in a book publishing house is highly preferred.
