In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and executing seamless post-production editing. You will work closely with the production and management teams to produce compelling content for marketing campaigns, promotional reels, narrative podcasts, and online learning programs. Key Responsibilities Camera Operation & Video Production · Handle end-to-end multi-camera setups, audio recording, lighting, and frame composition for studio and location shoots at our Vashi hub. · Shoot high-quality content, including promotional video reels, teasers, post-episode highlights, and long-form podcast recordings. · Ensure proper maintenance, setup, and care of all camera equipment, microphonic gear, and lighting kits. · Coordinate closely with production managers and directors during live and scheduled shoots to ensure creative alignment. Video Editing & Post-Production · Edit raw video footage into polished, high-engagement content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels. · Maintain a regular video reel posting cadence, managing both pre-reel teasers and post-reel highlight clips. · Add motion graphics, lower thirds, sound effects, background music, color grading, and subtitle overlays where required. · Organize, back up, and maintain clean project archives and raw footage assets across local and cloud storage systems. · Deliver final outputs strictly within established production schedules and project timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications · Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Camera Operator (portfolio/showreel required). · Technical proficiency with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Model - Sony ZV-E10 II), audio equipment, and lighting setups. · Advanced proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. · Familiarity with social media video formats, aspect ratios, and current visual trends (Reels, Shorts, Podcasts). · Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with management and creative leads. · Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of accountability for deliverables. Work Conditions & Remuneration · Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM · Remuneration: Standard market-aligned salary (commensurate with experience)
