Restaurant Cashier/Captain/Stewards

Greet guests warmly, take dine-in or takeout orders accurately, and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system Process cash, credit, debit, and mobile wallet transactions, and issue correct change or receipts. Count and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift. Answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions, and resolve minor guest complaints. Relay special instructions to kitchen and wait staff to maintain smooth service flow.
