Personal Loan Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Personal Loan Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive with experience in Personal Loans to generate leads, engage customers over calls, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Personal Loan products Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly sales targets Verify customer details and coordinate with the credit/operations team Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system Address customer queries and provide end-to-end assistance till loan disbursement Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales (Personal Loans preferred) Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi/English (regional language a plus) Knowledge of Personal Loan processes and documentation Target-oriented with the ability to handle rejection positively
