Job Description: Telesales Executive Home Credit India Designation: Telesales Specialist / Sr. Specialist CTC - 2.70 lpa + ESIC + Medical + Subsidised meal Exp. - Fresher to 5yr Location - Airoli Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms. Understand customer needs and convince interested customers to apply for loans. Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the application process. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain customer information and call records in the system. Follow company policies and applicable compliance guidelines. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 10th pass or graduate, depending on the position. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills. Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills. Sales and negotiation abilities. Customer service orientation.
