Telecalling Team Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and manage the outbound sales team. • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement. • Train, guide, and motivate team members. • Handle sales follow-ups and improve conversion rates. • Prepare sales reports and share performance updates. 🎓 ELIGIBILITY: • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience. • Candidates must have experience in either of the following industries: EdTech Fitness Industry • Previous team handling experience preferred. • Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills. • Must be comfortable with outbound sales. 📞 Call / WhatsApp: 9555688332 🕙 Calling Time: 10 AM – 6 PM
