Interior Site Supervisor

Company: HOUSE CONSTRUCT Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor – Finishing Works Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Residential Construction / Interior Fit-Out We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor with strong hands-on knowledge of residential interior finishing works. The candidate should be capable of independently handling and supervising all finishing activities at residential project sites, ensuring quality workmanship, proper coordination, material management, and timely project completion. The candidate must have practical site knowledge and the ability to manage contractors, workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other finishing teams. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute day-to-day residential interior finishing activities. Handle complete finishing works, including: Flooring and tile installation. Wall putty, painting and polishing. Gypsum ceiling and false ceiling works. Carpentry, wardrobes, modular kitchen and furniture installation. Electrical fittings, lighting and switch installations. Plumbing fixtures and sanitary installations. Doors, windows, hardware and other installations. Bathroom and kitchen finishing works. Read and understand interior layout drawings and execution details. Check measurements, levels, alignment, finishing and workmanship. Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and vendors. Monitor daily work progress and ensure completion as per project timelines. Check material requirements and coordinate timely material availability. Identify finishing defects and ensure rectification before handover. Maintain daily site progress reports and work updates. Ensure site cleanliness, safety and proper work execution. Conduct final quality inspections and support project handover.
