Job Description – Telecalling Executive Aarthi Scans & Labs Position: Telecalling / Customer Service Executive Job Responsibilities:Make outgoing calls to customers and patients. Handle incoming enquiries regarding diagnostic services. Explain laboratory tests, scans and health check-up packages. Schedule appointments and coordinate with branches. Follow up with patients regarding appointments and reports. Inform customers about available healthcare services. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Maintain daily calling records and follow-up reports. Eligibility:Any Degree / 12th Pass. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of Tamil / English / Kannada / Hindi is an added advantage. Customer service experience preferred. Skills Required:Good telephone etiquette. Patient handling skills.
