Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in credit underwriting. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse loan applications and conduct credit risk assessments. Review credit reports, financial statements, and customer documents. Assess customer creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit decisions. Evaluate loan proposals based on financial and credit parameters. Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and lending guidelines. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in Credit Underwriting. Hands-on experience in Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) or Micro LAP is mandatory. Candidates from Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services backgrounds are preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Important NoteCandidates with experience exclusively in Sales, Collections, Operations, or other banking functions without relevant credit underwriting experience will not be considered.
