Sales Executive & Customer Relations

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales and Customer Relation Executive to join our growing team at Kochi. This role is a key part of our client-facing operations, providing exceptional service while driving sales for the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, have strong communication skills, and possess a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.

Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

Provide information about our services, offers, and promotions to clients.

Handle client bookings, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations.

Process client payments and manage billing inquiries.

Collaborate with the sales team to promote and upsell products and services.

Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into sales.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining client records.

Handle any client concerns or issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide tours of the facility and explain service offerings in detail.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, sales executive, or in a similar customer service role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englidh and Malayalam.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first approach.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the health, fitness, nutrition or wellness industry.

Knowledge of basic sales techniques and upselling strategies.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
