As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of the brand in our retail stores — delivering a premium shopping experience, driving sales through meaningful conversations, and ensuring every customer walks out delighted. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication, sales acumen, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s premium positioning.

Drive tele-calling and lead closures, converting prospects into loyal customers.

Communicate confidently and clearly in fluent English, creating trust and comfort for customers.

Demonstrate strong consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and offer the right product solutions.

Exhibit thorough product knowledge and articulate features and benefits effectively.

Execute lead management and follow-ups systematically to boost conversions.

Support day-to-day store operations — including merchandising, billing, and reporting.

Maintain a professional appearance and behavior, embodying the brand’s values at all times.

Collaborate with the store team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Handle customer concerns with empathy, ownership, and urgency to ensure complete satisfaction.
