Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hindi Native Speaker Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective candidates, explaining our European Trailer Driver Recruitment Program, understanding their eligibility and interest, and guiding them through the recruitment and enrolment process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills, basic English proficiency, and the ability to build trust with candidates through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates who have enquired about our European Trailer Driver Recruitment Program.

Explain program details, eligibility criteria, training procedures, job opportunities, and placement processes.

Communicate effectively in Hindi and address candidates' questions and concerns.

Understand candidates' qualifications, driving experience, licence status, and career interests.

Identify eligible and interested candidates and arrange appointments for further assessment.

Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication until enrolment.

Build trust and develop a positive relationship with candidates.

Maintain accurate call records, candidate information, and follow-up status in the CRM.

Coordinate with the recruitment and assessment teams to ensure smooth candidate processing.

Achieve assigned daily calling targets and monthly enrolment objectives.

Educational Qualification

Minimum Plus Two / Graduate.

Hindi native speaker with excellent spoken Hindi communication skills.

Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Required Skills

Native-level fluency in Hindi.

Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

Pleasant telephone etiquette and active listening.

Ability to explain program details clearly and confidently.

Patience in handling candidate queries and objections.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment will be an advantage.

Freshers with excellent Hindi communication skills can also apply.

Should be energetic, confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.

Ability to communicate with candidates from different parts of India.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Daily outbound calling performance.

Number of qualified candidates identified.

Candidate appointment and assessment conversion rate.

Follow-up efficiency and candidate engagement.

Internship / recruitment program enrolment conversion.

Accuracy of CRM updates and candidate records.

Important

The candidate should be capable of building confidence among prospective candidates and explaining European career opportunities in a professional and convincing manner.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
