Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing business customers to generate sales.

Promote Telecom products and services, including BPRO, GSM SIM cards, business internet and other approved business solutions.

Generate leads, understand customer requirements and follow up to convert enquiries into sales.

Identify opportunities for additional SIM cards, internet connections from existing customers.

Coordinate with the field sales team for customer appointments and sales follow-ups.

Maintain daily calling reports and update lead details.

Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling, lead generation and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

Education

Graduation, equivalent qualification, or currently pursuing graduation.

Languages

Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Malayalam or other Indian languages will be an added advantage.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

Good communication, customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Holidays

Holidays will generally follow the UAE public holiday calendar.

Major Indian festivals and national holidays will also be considered holidays as per the company's approved holiday schedule.

Management will communicate the final holiday calendar.
