Job Responsibilities

Conduct engaging training sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

Teach fundamental and advanced concepts of DSA with practical examples.

Cover topics such as Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Sorting, and Searching.

Explain time and space complexity, including Big O notation.

Guide students in solving coding problems and developing logical thinking.

Conduct hands-on coding sessions and problem-solving activities.

Prepare training materials, assignments, practice questions, and assessments.

Help students improve their coding skills and prepare for technical interviews.

Track student performance and provide regular feedback.

Stay updated with industry practices, competitive programming techniques, and coding interview trends.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++, or Python).

Strong understanding of problem-solving techniques and algorithmic thinking.

Experience with coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, or GeeksforGeeks.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to mentor students and handle interactive training sessions.

Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant technical field.

2–5 years of professional industry experience.

Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical training sessions is preferred.

Strong practical knowledge of DSA and coding interview preparation.

Candidates with software development experience are highly preferred.
