Kitchen Helper

Key Responsibilities

Assist chefs and cooks in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables.

Wash and clean utensils, dishes, cooking equipment, and kitchen tools.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, food preparation areas, and storage areas.

Ensure proper handling and storage of food items as per hygiene standards.

Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging kitchen supplies and ingredients.

Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain waste segregation practices.

Clean kitchen floors, countertops, shelves, and other work surfaces regularly.

Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.

Assist in serving and distributing food whenever required.

Support the chef and kitchen team in daily operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification & Experience

Education

Minimum 8th / 10th pass preferred.

Experience

prior kitchen or hotel experience will be an advantage.

Skills

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, teamwork, cleanliness, and willingness to learn.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
