Key Roles and Responsibilities

Transportation Services

Safely transport students, faculty, staff, management, and guests as assigned.

Operate institution vehicles in compliance with traffic rules and regulations.

Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to assigned schedules.

Assist during official visits, events, meetings, and institutional programs.

Conduct daily inspection of vehicles before operation.

Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, and other essential systems.

Keep vehicles clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times.

Report vehicle defects, repairs, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.

Maintain a valid driving license and all required vehicle documents.

Maintain vehicle logbooks, mileage records, fuel consumption records, and trip details.

Follow all road safety regulations and institutional transport policies.

Adhere to speed limits and defensive driving practices.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent qualification.

Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) or Heavy Vehicle Driving License, as applicable.

Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Institutional working experience minimum 5 years.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
