Job Description

Ad-Hash Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Software Testers / QA Engineers with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Web Application Testing, and Mobile Application Testing.

We are conducting a direct walk-in recruitment drive at our Coimbatore office from 10 November to 13 November 2026.

We are looking for quality-focused professionals with strong analytical skills, technical testing knowledge, and experience in identifying, documenting, and resolving software defects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.

Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or similar tools.

Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.

Validate application functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility.

Identify, report, track, and retest defects using JIRA or similar bug-tracking tools.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure software quality.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and sprint testing activities.

Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous QA process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.

Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and software testing fundamentals.

Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications.

Knowledge of automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Appium.

Experience in API testing and validation.

Understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with test management and defect-tracking tools.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Git, and Jenkins.

Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools and AI-driven test automation.

Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.

Experience in mobile automation testing for Android and iOS applications.
