Tele Caller Executive

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products and services.

Generate and qualify sales leads through effective communication.

Follow up with existing and potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.

Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.

Maintain customer records, enquiries and follow-up details.

Update customer information in CRM/ERP systems.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Prepare daily activity reports for the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Tele-Calling, Customer Service or Inside Sales preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.

Knowledge of CRM/ERP software is an added advantage.

Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory.

Basic English communication preferred.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
