Job description: We are expanding our customer support team and are hiring - 1) Operations Executives 2)Customer Care Executives 3) Data Entry & Back-End Support Expert to support a US-based campaign.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet quality and performance targets
Requirements
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
A customer-first approach to problem solving
Willingness to work evening or night shifts
- Full time & Part time
- Pay: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 per month & ₹9,000 – ₹11,000 per month
Schedule
Full Time
- Monday to Saturday
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5 :30 PM
- Evening Shift
- 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM
- Night shifts
- 1.30 AM - 9.30 AM

- Vadodara ( From office )
- Pay
- ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
