Key Responsibilities

Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras.

Perform CCTV installation, wiring, cabling, and termination.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide maintenance and repair services.

Configure remote viewing through mobile applications and network settings.

Install and maintain related equipment such as PoE switches and power supplies.

Conduct site visits for installation, inspection, and service support.

Identify faults and provide effective technical solutions.

Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain service reports and update job completion details.
