Staff Nurse

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of patient care, clinical support, and nursing service delivery.

A. Nursing Care Delivery

Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established healthcare standards.

Assist in monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to supervisors.

Ensure proper documentation of patient care and treatment procedures.

B. Patient Care & Quality Assurance

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Maintain medication safety and follow clinical care standards.

C. Field Support & Skilled Procedures

Perform nursing procedures and clinical interventions when required.

Provide on-site supervision and patient support within the 7 km operational radius (self-driving may be required).

D. Training & Professional Development

Participate in internal training programs and continuous learning initiatives.

Stay updated with current healthcare practices and nursing protocols.

E. Compliance & Professional Conduct

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain professionalism while interacting with patients, families, and team members.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
