We are recruiting qualified and experienced Registered Nurses for healthcare opportunities in the Maldives.

Salary and Allowances

Basic Salary

₹55,600 per month (approx.)

Service Allowance

Minimum ₹736 per working day (approx.)

Accommodation Allowance

₹18,400 per month (approx.)

Food Allowance

₹11,050 per month (approx.)

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Nursing.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in General Nursing / Midwifery.

Experience must be from a hospital with 150 or more beds and gained within the past 2 years.

Permanent basic registration certificate from the candidate's local Nursing Council.

IELTS General Training

Overall score of 5.5 or above, OR OET: Grade C or above.

English language certificate must be valid for 2 years.

Nursing qualification must meet the recognition requirements of the Maldives Nursing and Midwifery Council.

B.Sc. Nursing certificate.

Nursing mark sheets.

Academic transcripts.

Valid passport copy.

IELTS / OET certificate.

Nursing Council registration certificate.

Proof of minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Police Clearance Certificate (minimum 3 months' validity).

Good Standing Certificate and verification documents, as applicable after selection.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to patients.

Monitor patients' health conditions and record vital signs.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assist doctors during medical procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

Follow hospital policies, hygiene standards, and patient safety procedures.
