US Insurance Voice Process | Freshers & Experienced

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our US Insurance Benefits Support team.

The role involves handling benefit-related queries, coordinating with healthcare providers, supporting claim-related activities and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle voice-based customer and provider interactions related to US insurance benefits.

Review claim documentation and identify the appropriate next steps.

Contact healthcare providers and stakeholders to collect required information.

Follow up on pending requests and resolve outstanding queries.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Ensure quality, productivity and service-level standards.

Identify processing errors and escalate complex issues when required.

Eligibility & Requirements

For Freshers

Any UG qualification is mandatory.

Excellent English communication skills (B2 level).

Positive attitude, learning ability and willingness to work in a voice process.

For Experienced Candidates

Experience in US Insurance, Healthcare, or Contact Centre Operations.

Good understanding of quality and productivity metrics.

Ability to independently manage customer queries and complex scenarios.

Salary Structure

L1 – Experienced / Tenured - ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA

L2 – Experienced / Tenured ₹4.0 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA

Salary will depend on relevant experience, last drawn salary and supporting documents.

Additional Details

Joining Bonus of 20K

Immediate joiners preferred.

Excellent English communication (B2 level) is mandatory.

Rotational US night shifts.

Work from office – Kochi.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
