Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate business opportunities in the US market for our PCB Manufacturing and EMS services. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, identifying potential customers, introducing company services, and generating qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for PCB manufacturing and EMS services.
• Promote PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, PCBA and electronic manufacturing solutions.
• Connect with international clients, procurement teams, buyers and decision-makers.
• Explain company capabilities, services and product offerings.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and prospective customers.
• Maintain customer databases, call records and lead pipelines.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development / Sales team.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Any Graduate with good English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, International Calling or B2B Lead Generation.
• Experience handling US customers or international markets is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in US night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel and email communication.
• Experience in PCB, Electronics, EMS or Manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
