Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based clients.
- Explain US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040\).
- Coordinate tax document collection.
- Handle client queries and follow-ups.
- Achieve calling and document collection targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good pronunciation and convincing abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
