MIG & ARC WELDER

Team One Composites is looking for skilled and hardworking MIG / ARC Welders to join our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG / ARC welding operations for metal structures and fabricated components.
• Carry out welding work according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proper weld quality, strength, and finishing.
• Handle welding equipment and tools safely.
• Maintain quality standards and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Follow workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in MIG / ARC welding is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of welding equipment and techniques.
• Ability to perform quality welding work.
• Good discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month. Final salary will be determined based on practical skills, experience, and performance assessment.
