Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain banking products or services.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Achieve assigned calling targets and support team objectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the banking sector.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude and a positive approach.
- Pay
- ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
