Job Purpose

To support project planning, execution, financial tracking, cost analysis, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing and business operations. The role requires strong financial understanding, project management capabilities, and the ability to monitor budgets, timelines, resource utilisation, and project performance.

Key Responsibilities Project Management \& Coordination

• Assist in planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure completion within defined timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, sales, service, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and pending activities, proactively highlighting delays and risks.
• Prepare project status reports, management updates, review presentations, and action trackers.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Finance \& Cost Analysis

• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, financial trackers, and variance analysis.
• Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets and identify cost overruns or savings opportunities.
• Support profitability analysis, cost optimisation, working capital monitoring, and financial planning.
• Track purchase orders, vendor costs, invoices, payments, and project-related financial documentation in coordination with the finance team.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports for decision-making.

Manufacturing \& Operations

• Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to track production schedules, material availability, dispatch readiness, and project requirements.
• Monitor material procurement, inventory utilisation, production costs, and delivery commitments.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues affecting project cost or timelines.
• Support process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, and cost-control measures.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical, financial planning, and cost-analysis skills.
• Good project planning, monitoring, and execution capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Ability to analyse financial and operational data and present actionable insights.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications \& Experience

• MBA in Finance is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, finance, business operations, or manufacturing operations.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable.
• Experience in solar, electrical, renewable energy, or industrial equipment manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Pay

₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
