CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC VTL, HBM, and other CNC machines for precision machining of heavy engineering components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD\&T, process sheets, and machining specifications.
• Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and process optimization.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards.
• Maintain machine logs, production records, and 5S practices.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to meet delivery schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in CNC Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL)
• Experience in Horizontal Boring Machines (HBM)
• Knowledge of 3-Axis \& 5-Axis CNC Machining
• Understanding of G-Codes \& M-Codes
• Hands-on experience with Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, and Dial Indicators
• Experience in Heavy Engineering or Oil \& Gas Manufacturing preferred

₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
