Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Production Engineers with 2–4 years of relevant experience in operating and handling Husky Injection Moulding Machines, preferably in PET preform manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PET preform processing, troubleshooting, mould changeovers, mould maintenance, and basic hot runner maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• -----------------------
• Operate and handle Husky Injection Moulding Machines for PET preform production.
• Perform process troubleshooting to identify and resolve production-related issues.
• Carry out mould changeovers on Husky machines as per production requirements.
• Support Husky mould maintenance activities to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Perform basic maintenance of Husky hot runner systems.
• Ensure proper processing of PET materials and maintain product quality standards.
• Monitor production parameters to minimize rejection rates and downtime.
• Follow preventive maintenance practices to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Implement and follow 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and production procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve machine- and process-related issues.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Husky Injection Moulding Machines.
• Knowledge of PET preform manufacturing processes.
• Experience in process troubleshooting and mould changeovers.
• Basic knowledge of Husky mould and hot runner maintenance.
• Understanding of PET material properties and processing parameters.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and TPM.
• Good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma in CIPET is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience with Husky Injection Moulding Machines.
• Practical knowledge of PET preform production and process troubleshooting.
• Candidates with experience in plastic packaging or PET preform manufacturing will be preferred.
