Tasks \& Responsibilities

• -----------------------------
• Set up and operate CNC tool grinding machines for PCD tool pocket and flute grinding production
• Manufacture and recondition PCD drills, end mills, reamers, step drills, and special cutting tools.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and tool designs.
• Perform tool measurements using tool presetters, microscopes, and measuring instruments.
• Optimize grinding parameters to achieve required tool geometry and surface finish.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain production records.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Experience in PCD tool manufacturing and regrinding.
• Knowledge of CNC tool grinding machines and NUMUTO software
• Ability to read technical drawings and tool geometry specifications.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards.
• Understanding of cutting tool applications and machining processes.

Profile \& Requirements

• ---------------------------
• ITI/Diploma / Engineering or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in PCD tool manufacturing and regrinding.
• Hands-on experience with CNC tool grinding machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tool geometries.
• Knowledge of PCD drills, end mills, reamers, and special cutting tools.
• Proficient in using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and machine setup skills.
• Familiarity with cutting tool applications, machining processes, and safety standards.
