Role Overview

This is a field role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with Architects \& Interior Designers (AIDs). It focuses on various Home Décor product categories such as Luxury Lights, Kitchen \& Wardrobe, Bath Fittings \& Sanitaryware, UPVC Windows \& Doors, Textures, Wood Finishes, Wallpapers, Fabrics, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing AIDs and service their requirements.
• Onboarding new AIDs and creating a database of all active architects in defined geography.
• Maintain \& Update CML (Customer Master List) for AIDs.
• Plan potential business in your territory \& categories via AIDs.
• Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs \& brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, followed by scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct site visits to end customers’ homes, act as the Point of Contact (POC) for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home décor integration.
• Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution.
