• Manage prepaid and postpaid service-related queries.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
• Maintain professional and customer-focused communication.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
