We are a DoT Category-A licensed Internet Service Provider headquartered in Navi Mumbai, with a established broadband customer base across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Bangalore. Building on our strong network infrastructure, we have launched an innovative Managed Wi-Fi as a Service (MWaaS) offering tailored for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) segment.

Our solution delivers enterprise-grade wireless hardware, managed connectivity, robust security, and compliance-ready guest access under a single contract and SLA—regardless of the underlying ISP network. We target high-growth sectors such as coworking spaces, co-living operators, hostels, boutique hospitality, and multi-branch commercial office occupiers.

Role Summary

Own day-to-day finance operations: accounting, compliance, MIS, and controls across I-ON's zones and

clusters. You'll help build a scalable finance function that supports growth, acquisitions, and future

capital raising.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting \& Closing

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, with accurate and timely books in Zoho Books
• Manage bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, intercompany balances, and accruals
• Ensure correct revenue recognition for subscription billing, deferred revenue, and subscriber

deposits

Compliance

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and professional tax filings across states
• Coordinate with statutory, tax, and internal auditors, and drive audit closure
• Maintain ROC and Companies Act compliance with the company secretary

Reporting \& Analysis

• Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements, and zone/cluster-wise P\&L
• Build budgets and forecasts, and track variances with business heads
• Analyse ARPU, collection efficiency, CAPEX vs OPEX, and unit economics

Controls \& Proces s

• Design and enforce internal controls, approval matrices, and SOPs
• Drive automation of finance workflows (TDS, payroll accounting, cash flow)
• Review vendor payments, capex approvals, and fixed asset capitalisation

Treasury \& Support

• Manage daily cash position, payment planning, and working capital
• Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor/lender reporting
• Support the CFO on M\&A integration

Requirements

• Qualified CA with 3-4 years of experience (Big 4 or industry; telecom, ISP is a plus)
• Strong command of India AS/AS, GST, TDS, and Companies Act
• Hands-on with Zoho Books/ERP and advanced Excel; Zoho Analytics or BI tools a plus
• Experience with multi-location, high-volume transaction environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, process-building environment
