Sr. Electrician

• Advanced Diagnostics: Use computerized diagnostic scanners, digital multimeters, and oscilloscopes to trace complex electrical faults in engine control units (ECUs), sensors, and wiring harnesses. \[1]
• System Repairs \& Overhauls: Service, repair, or replace starters, alternators, ignition systems, lighting assemblies, and battery management systems. \[1, 2]
• Hybrid \& EV Integration: Work with high-voltage battery packs, power electronics, and CAN (Controller Area Network) bus architectures, which are increasingly common in modern automotive centers like Bosch Car Service Center. \[1]
• Schematic Analysis: Read and interpret intricate electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and block diagrams to isolate intermittent short circuits or ground faults. \[1]
• Leadership \& Quality Control: Oversee shop floor repairs, inspect completed electrical work to ensure safety compliance, and mentor junior or mid-level auto electricians. \[1, 2]
• Parts \& Documentation: Coordinate spare parts requisition, maintain digital job cards, and log historical maintenance records
