Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong advanced MS Excel skills and prior experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production, inventory, dispatch, and other operational data accurately and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain daily production, inventory, dispatch, and sales data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and conditional formatting.
• Maintain Excel-based trackers for raw materials, finished goods, stock movement, and production output.
• Verify data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies with production, stores, quality, and dispatch teams.
• Prepare reports on production targets versus actual output, material consumption, and operational performance.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for internal reporting and audits.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
