Job Purpose: As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation to exceed guest expectations and uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards and procedures. • Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities. • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas. • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers. • Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries, coffee, and tea. • Check and report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms. • Ensure all amenities and equipment are in good working condition. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests. • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and hotel policies at all times. • Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient workflow. • Requirements: • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred. • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects (e.g., furniture, linens). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Availability to work flexible hours, includisng weekends and holidays.
