Job Description

G-Sports is looking for an energetic, confident, and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our sports facilities and services, following up on enquiries, converting leads into bookings and sales, and supporting the overall business growth of G-Sports.

Freshers with excellent communication and customer-handling skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

(1\) Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

(2\) Follow up on customer enquiries, leads, and previous customers.

(3\) Promote badminton court bookings, coaching programs, tournaments, special offers, and other G-Sports services.

(4\) Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.

(5\) Maintain accurate customer call records and follow-up details.

(6\) Provide polite, professional, and excellent customer service.

(7\) Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Operations teams.

(8\) Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.

Educational Qualification

(1\) 10th Pass, 12th Pass, PUC, Diploma, or Any Degree.

(2\) Freshers are welcome to apply.

(3\) Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead generation will be an added advantage.

Requirements

(1\) Good communication and convincing skills.

(2\) Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.

(3\) Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and mobile applications.

(4\) Energetic, responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented.

(5\) Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Language Requirements

English – Mandatory

Hindi – Mandatory

Kannada – Mandatory

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary may vary based on experience and performance.
