Education –Should have completed Any Degree BE, BTECH, ME, MTECH, MCA

Job Description

• Assist in Training Program and Collaborate with senior trainers to create engaging training materials and presentations focused on Various Technologies i.e. Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science and applications.
• Support the delivery of training workshops and seminars, facilitating discussions and hands-on activities related to Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science.
• Assist trainees in using Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science tools and simulation software during practical sessions.
• Collaborate with senior trainers to develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
• Help update existing training content based on feedback and industry trends.
• Provide support to trainees during hands-on labs and projects.
• Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging questions and discussions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in embedded systems and training methodologies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing training initiatives.
• Maintain records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Support the creation and refinement of Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science training curriculum to align with industry standards.
• Conduct practical workshops to demonstrate Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science techniques and tools to trainees.
• Assist in conducting training sessions on embedded systems, covering topics such as microcontrollers, programming, and system design.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops and practical exercises to enhance participants’ learning experiences.
• Collaborate with senior trainers to design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and instructional guides.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment outcomes.
• Prepare reports summarizing training effectiveness, participant progress, and suggestions for future improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on VLSI.

• Basic knowledge of VLSI concepts and tools is a plus.
