Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Objective To manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, operations, and support functions. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, structured hiring processes, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while maintaining a professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
• Understand manpower requirements across departments including Sales, Operations, Production, Accounts, and Support Functions
• Draft clear, structured job descriptions aligned with business objectives
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and social platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Lead offer discussions and salary negotiations
• Follow up with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts

Bulk \& Lateral Hiring

• Manage bulk hiring for retail or operational roles where required
• Handle mid-level and senior lateral hiring
• Build and maintain a ready pipeline for recurring roles

Stakeholder Management

• Act as liaison between hiring managers and candidates
• Provide weekly hiring status updates to management
• Ensure timely closure of open mandates
• Maintain structured communication with department heads

Recruitment Operations \& Compliance

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
• Ensure accurate documentation and offer letter issuance
• Coordinate onboarding with HR Operations and Payroll
• Maintain clarity in salary structure including CTC breakdown and in-hand calculations

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and job platforms
• Strengthen and promote employee referral programs
• Represent the company in job fairs and hiring drives when required

Qualifications \& Experience

• Graduate degree required. MBA in HR preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or consumer industry preferred
• Familiarity with ATS or HRMS tools such as Keka or Zoho is an advantage.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
