Hostel Warden

A reputed school located in Electronic city, Bangalore is looking for a responsible, disciplined and student-focused Boarding Warden to supervise students residing in the school hostel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring student safety, discipline, wellbeing and smooth day-to-day hostel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor students residing in the boarding facility.
• Ensure discipline, safety and proper conduct among students.
• Monitor students' daily routines, including study hours, meals and activities.
• Maintain attendance and records of boarding students.
• Coordinate with teachers, school administration and parents when required.
• Ensure hostel cleanliness, hygiene and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Handle student concerns and report incidents to school management.
• Provide appropriate guidance and support to students.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a boarding school or hostel.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Strong interpersonal, disciplinary and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle students with patience, care and responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a residential school environment.
