Pre primary teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging activities for pre-primary children.
• Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, rhymes, and general awareness.
• Use play-based, activity-based, and child-centered teaching methods.
• Develop children’s communication, motor, social, and emotional skills.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Observe and record children’s learning and development.
• Encourage good habits, manners, sharing, and cooperation.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom activities.
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, craft activities, and classroom displays.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings, and other activities.
• Maintain appropriate classroom records and documentation.
• Follow school policies and child-safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with ECCE/NTT/DEd/Montessori or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience teaching pre-primary children is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
