Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented OLG (Pre-Sales) Executives who will engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, generate interest in our programs, and guide them towards the next stage of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through inbound and outbound leads. • Understand customer requirements and identify their learning needs.
• Explain Codeyoung's courses, programs, and offerings.
• Generate interest and qualify prospective customers.
• Schedule counselling sessions or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maximise lead engagement.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
