Job Description

G-Sports is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our growing sports retail store.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and sports products. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

(1\) Assist customers in selecting suitable sports products and provide product information.

(2\) Handle retail sales and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

(3\) Maintain proper product display, store arrangement, and visual presentation.

(4\) Support billing and customer service activities.

(5\) Monitor product availability and inform the management/team about low-stock items.

(6\) Promote sports products, special offers, and G-Sports services to customers.

(7\) Maintain cleanliness and a professional presentation of the retail store.

(8\) Support the sales of badminton rackets, strings, shuttlecocks, shoes, accessories, and other sports products.

Requirements

(1\) Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, PUC, Diploma, or Any Degree.

(2\) Freshers are welcome to apply.

(3\) Good communication and customer-handling skills.

(4\) Interest or basic knowledge of sports products is preferred.

(5\) Previous experience in retail sales will be an added advantage.

(6\) Energetic, responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

(7\) Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
